Ninja. Weapons.png

For this exercise I learned how to create different charming Ninja characters. I created the
first Ninja out of basic shapes – the head out of a circle, torso out of rectangle, hands and legs out of rectangles as well, just softened the corners. I created the face by overlapping two
circles, selecting them, and clicking the Subtract from Shape Area option from the Pathfinder
palette. I combined some of the shapes by using the Add to Shape Area option from the
Pathfinder tool. Then filled in the shapes with dark grey fill, also creating a thick dark stroke. With my first Ninja created, I added a few more Ninjas by pasting the same Ninja a few times and simply changing their leg or arm positions by altering the shapes, as well as changing the colour of the fill.

Success:

I did many versions of the characters, I also enjoyed the process of creating them because it was easy but very useful as I learned a lot of Illustrator functions.

Fail:

I made the background and composition of the final image slightly different to the one shown in the tutorial because I was rushing. Sometimes I also struggled a bit with changing the poses of the Ninjas but soon I learned quick ways of doing that
